Founder & CEO

Volkan Kuş is a veteran hospitality consultant and tourism executive with over 30 years of experience in the international and national hotel industry. He has led operations in a wide spectrum of roles—from front desk and departmental leadership to general manager and executive advisor—across various hotel categories and brands.

He is the founder of AdvisorV Hospitality Management and OtelMarkan, where he provides high-level consulting services for hotel investors and operators in areas such as brand selection, project development, operational restructuring, and value-driven hotel management.

Volkan Kuş also serves as the Provincial Representative of TÜROB (Hotel Association of Turkey) for Tekirdağ and the Regional Representative of the Türkiye Tourism Promotion and Development Agency (TGA) for the Thrace Region. He has actively led numerous social responsibility projects in cooperation with NGOs and charitable organizations, supporting regional tourism and community development.

He holds a degree in Hotel Management from Ege University, with further graduate studies in Business and Tourismat Abant İzzet Baysal University and Anadolu University. He has completed executive programs in Business Analytics at Merrimack College and Leadership & Business Development at the University of Oxford.
