With over 30 years of experience, Volkan Kuş is a distinguished leader in the global hospitality and tourism industry. Starting his career at the front office, he rapidly rose through the ranks to become General Manager and beyond, holding senior positions in world-renowned groups such as Accor and Wyndham, as well as leading Turkish hotel chains including Titanic Hotels, Princess Hotels, and Merit Hotels.

His international career is highlighted by his role in managing the Chateau Merrimack: Luxury Hotels vineyard & resort in the U.S. and operating restaurants in Boston. Throughout this journey, he has spearheaded pioneering projects in hotel openings, brand selection, operational efficiency, and strategic transformation.

Today, as the founder of AdvisorV Hospitality Management and OtelMarkan, Kuş provides innovative solutions to hotel investors in brand advisory, project development, operational transformation, and sustainable hospitality.

Beyond consultancy, Kuş actively contributes to industry development, serving as the Tekirdağ Representative of TÜROB (Turkish Hoteliers Association) and Regional Representative of TGA (Turkey Tourism Promotion & Development Agency). He has organized the International Thrace Wine Competition for five consecutive years, led numerous NGO collaborations, and inspired young professionals through university seminars, panels, and mentorship programs.

A graduate of Ege University in Hotel Management, Kuş further pursued postgraduate studies at Abant İzzet Baysal University and Anadolu University, and successfully completed programs in Business Analytics at Merrimack College and Business & Leadership Development at the University of Oxford.
